MOSCOW, February 29 Russia invites scientists from other countries to cooperate to work at its megascience class scientific facilities, Russian President Vladimir said Putin.
«For example, no other country in the world has such a range of scientific installations of the «megascience» class as Russia has today. These are unique opportunities both for our scientists and for research partners from other countries whom we invite to cooperation,” Putin said during the announcement of the annual message to the Federal Assembly.
In accordance with the Constitution, the President of Russia annually addresses the Federal Assembly with a message on the situation in the country and on the main directions of domestic and foreign policy. The presidential address determines the vector of development of the country and, as a rule, becomes the basis of laws and decrees.
