Employees of the Investigative Committee for the Primorsky Territory opened a criminal case against a resident of Ussuriysk who threatened a “member of the SVO” in the parking lot. This is reported on the department's website.
The Ussuri citizen is charged with threatening to cause grievous bodily harm (Article 119 of the Criminal Code) and hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code). He has already been detained.
The day before, March 9, NEWS.VL reported about this conflict. According to journalists, a participant in the war in Ukraine with the call sign “Kipish” came to a meeting with a volunteer girl at the Russian Market shopping center. Noticing that a man driving a Toyota Prius was illegally occupying a parking space for people with disabilities, the veteran took a photo of his car's license plate.
In a video published on the NEWS.VL telegram channel, the author of the video says that the Toyota driver threatened to “tear off his other leg.” The first, as NEWS.VL writes, a war participant lost “saving his comrades near Ugledar.”
After the publication of the video of the conflict, an appeal appeared on the local public page “Mark Prunes”, written on behalf of the Toyota driver. Its author claims that he “made a remark to a man who was in civilian uniform.” In addition, the man writes that he himself previously went to the front and took medicine to Russian soldiers.
