
VLADIVOSTOK, March 10 Law enforcement officers detained a resident of Primorye, suspected of threatening a member of the SVO during a conflict in a parking lot in Ussuriysk, reports the regional SUSK of the Russian Federation.

He says that he reprimanded the driver for parking incorrectly, after which he allegedly threatened to “tear off his other leg” to him, a North Military District veteran. Investigators opened a criminal case under articles of “threat of causing grievous bodily harm” and “hooliganism.” The police fined the driver 5 thousand rubles for violating parking rules.

According to SUSK, the suspect is not employed, and has been brought to administrative responsibility more than 15 times for violations in the field of recruiting migrants for labor, as well as traffic rules. The department added that he regularly does not pay fines.
