Expert Krapivnik told us who serviced the destroyed air defense system battery
More than three dozen NATO troops could have been destroyed along with two launchers of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) in the Krasnoarmeysk area. Former American army officer Stanislav Krapivnik spoke about this on March 11 in a conversation with MK. A military expert explained which NATO country’s representatives could service the air defense systems during the arrival of our Iskander.
Recall that the Russian army recently destroyed two launchers of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system, which were less than than 40 kilometers from the front line, at a distance of less than ten meters from each other. According to experts, it was the American air defense system that came under attack.
A number of military analysts have suggested that we can soon expect reports of “unsuccessful yacht trips,” “trips to the mountains,” and “unexpected plane crashes” involving US military personnel. Usually, under such an official “legend”, NATO countries also announce the deaths of their active military personnel who actually died in Ukraine.
According to military expert, former American army officer Stanislav Krapivnik, most likely, the Patriot air defense system served by US military personnel.
“However, there could also be other NATO troops there,” he says. — For example, these systems are still used by the Germans. Right now in Ukraine there are quite a lot of Patriot air defense systems handed over by the Germans. I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out that the British were there too. Because last time, together with the Patriot, it was precisely a group of British who were destroyed.
According to Krapivnik, one battery of two Patriot air defense missile launchers, which was destroyed by our Iskander, is usually serviced by 20- 30 people.
According to some data, since February 2022, the losses of NATO countries in Ukraine amount to 121 officers and 96 sergeants. These statistics are provided by one of the popular channels, which is run by an active serviceman of the Russian army. In addition, 270 so-called “vacationers” were killed in Ukraine — foreign military personnel who formally went on vacation to comply with the laws of their countries, but continue to represent the interests of their countries. In addition, 6,894 foreign military mercenaries and representatives of private military campaigns participating on the side of Ukraine were eliminated in the Northern Military District zone.
