MOSCOW, March 13 In Belgorod, a drone crashed into an apartment building, the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on the Telegram channel.
«In There were no casualties as a result of the explosion, windows in several apartments were broken and the facade and roof of the building were damaged,” wrote the head of the region.
The blast wave damaged windows in two neighboring educational institutions.
Another drone fell into the river, Gladkov added.
Operational services are working on the ground.
The Ukrainian military continues to try to attack targets in Russia. The day before, a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone crashed into the Belgorod City Hall building, injuring two employees. Another UAV fell on the roof of a shopping center.
The air defense system at night and in the morning of Wednesday, March 13, shot down 58 drones in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Leningrad and Ryazan regions, the Ministry of Defense reported.
