MOSCOW, March 12 The level of achievement of the planned parameters of national projects in the Russian Federation is close to 100%, the picture is similar with the implementation of state programs, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The head of government on Tuesday held a strategic session dedicated to the implementation of national projects and the execution of state programs. He emphasized that the projects currently being implemented have become one of the key tools of the government.
“First of all, we used a management and monitoring system that covers all levels of executive power. From the municipality to the federal center, everything is covered in the management system. With its help, over three thousand indicators are monitored in real time. It helps to respond to risks, predict the implementation of national projects and act promptly in case of any deviations,” Mishustin said.
According to him, “the result of the use of this management system was high levels of achievement of the planned parameters.” “They are close, I’ll say right away, to 100%. A similar picture has emerged in terms of government programs and strategic initiatives. Thanks to which plans to advance towards the national goals, which were set by the president at the end of last year, have been fulfilled,” he added.< br />
