«All the cameras that are on the roads automatically recognize license plates. I think everyone who drives a car receives fines if they violate traffic rules,» he added.
The Minister cited as an example data from Moscow, which, according to him, is a leader in the implementation of video surveillance. Over 10 years, the number of registered crimes on the streets has decreased by half, the number of registered thefts by 10 times. And the crime detection rate has doubled.
