The SUV will be presented at the end of this week. This will be an electric car, and the company itself is positioning it as an “entry-level” model.
The Skoda brand revealed the appearance of its new global electric cross a few days ago. And now a picture of the interior has been released. Let us remind you that the online display of the SUV will be held on March 15 as part of a press conference dedicated to the results of the company’s work over the past year and plans for the near future. The name of the model has not yet been announced, but if you believe the Skoda premiere schedule, then we will meet with the Elroq crossover. Well, most likely, it will be a prototype, although it is possible that it will already be ready for production.

Judging by the picture, the Skoda Elroq will receive separate displays for the instrument panel and multimedia system, a row of physical keys will be placed under the central tablet, and even lower there will be a “tray” with a platform for wireless charging of gadgets. Similar solutions are used on other models of the brand, including Octavia, Superb or the older electric crossover Enyaq. However, the upcoming SUV will also have its own features. For example, there will be no “hump” above the compact instrument screen, the central air deflectors will be made in the form of a single narrow strip, and on the two-spoke steering wheel instead of the usual emblem there will be the Skoda inscription.

Well concerns the appearance, then it will be designed in the new Modern Solid style, which was first demonstrated on the Vision 7S concept. The main feature of this design is the vertical headlight units.
It is known that the length of the Skoda Elroq will be approximately 4.5 meters. Skoda itself previously positioned this crossover as an electric alternative to the Skoda Karoq. By the way, in the latest release, the SUV is also called an “entry-level” electric car.
Meanwhile, Skoda recently announced a “hydrocarbon” budget SUV: this model is addressed primarily to the Indian market.
