People's Artist of Russia Sergei Makovetsky, as previously reported, was robbed in St. Petersburg. According to the SHOT telegram channel, after the play “Non-Random Meeting” at the Vyborgsky Palace of Culture, Makovetsky left a backpack with cash in the car and went for a walk.
According to the information, the actor’s driver took the backpack, which contained 195 thousand rubles in an envelope, to the hotel. In the video footage published by the channel, the wardrobe worker placed it in a special storage room.
After the walk, Makovetsky took the backpack and went “to have tea at the hotel restaurant.” But when he reached into his backpack to pay the bill, he didn’t find his money.
The last time, according to the actor, he saw cash in the dressing room. Investigators are reportedly communicating with employees of the cultural center and the St. Petersburg hotel.
