ST. PETERSBURG, March 17 First A meeting of the Russian-Central African joint development committee will be held in Moscow, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will take part in it, said CAR Prime Minister Felix Molua.
He said that in the course of bilateral contacts, Russia and the Central African Republic came to a decision to establish a joint committee on development issues.
“I spoke with a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who conveyed greetings to our Minister of Foreign Affairs, and he told me that Minister Lavrov was waiting for him (the first meeting of the committee — ed.) here,” Molua said in an interview with the agency .
He added that the country's President Faustin-Archange Touadera should study what measures need to be taken to ensure that the process of forming the committee takes place as quickly as possible.
«I think that this (the first meeting of the committee — ed.) will be an opportunity to discuss with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation how to move to concrete actions as quickly as possible,» the prime minister emphasized.
