«Sovereignty means that Russia has the opportunity to build its own economy, which can offer maximum consumption for the domestic market, but this does not interfere with the development of other countries and societies,» Babakov said on Argentine radio, his words were quoted by his press. service.
At the same time, according to him, sovereignty is not the result of purchases only at the expense of foreign exchange reserves, various markets and other factors.
“Most products can be produced and offered to the population within the country,” the politician noted.
When it comes to military sovereignty, this means that a country can ensure its own security, he added.
«The sovereignty of science means that we do not go to the market to buy some scientific technologies, but have potential young scientists who receive an education and see their future in the scientific field,» Babakov said.
