MOSCOW, March 15 Wildberries provided all sellers whose goods were damaged due to a fire at the company's warehouse in Shushary with loss compensation reports — the site will continue to transfer compensation weekly, the company said.
At the beginning of March, Wildberries began providing calculation methods and reports on compensation for losses to sellers whose goods were lost in Shushary. Documents are uploaded to your personal account on the seller’s portal in stages. The report describes the calculation method and the amount of compensation, and presents a payment schedule. If the seller agrees with him, he can confirm it. Payments will begin only after the parties agree on the full amount and payment schedule.

“Reports to all sellers whose goods were damaged in the fire in Shushary were uploaded to their personal account on March 15. In the document, sellers will be able to find the calculation method, the full amount of compensation, and the payment schedule,” the company reported.
They also recalled that the site continues to transfer compensation weekly, however, the payment schedule is individual for each seller and depends on many parameters: some sellers have already received the full amount of compensation, some will receive it within a few weeks.
