MOSCOW, March 18The Spetskabel plant, which has the status of an industrial complex, last year produced more than 15 thousand connectors, adapters and cable assemblies, which are used in the production of aircraft, spacecraft, UAVs and other technology, said Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP) Vladislav Ovchinsky.
According to him, the capital strongly supports the development of industry. An optimal business climate is created in the city. The authorities provide companies with a wide range of support measures.
“Thanks to these tools, companies are modernizing sites, bringing high-tech products to the market and increasing production volumes. Thus, last year the Moscow industrial complex produced over fifteen thousand cable assemblies, which are used in the manufacture of aircraft and spacecraft. This is 63% more than in 2022 «, emphasized Ovchinsky, whose words were brought to the DIPP.
The company produces a whole range of coaxial cable assemblies using innovative technologies using special equipment, as well as modern protective and marking materials. Connectors and transitions are produced using dielectric materials with increased temperature and radiation resistance. In addition, the products undergo increased quality control, which allows them to be used in various critical industries — aviation, space, nuclear, medical and others.
According to the vice-president of the enterprise, Sergei Lobanov, the plant is not known on the Russian market only the production of special cables, but also related products, including individual orders. The company has its own design office, as well as a testing center.
In 2021, the plant received a special status, which allows saving about 4 million rubles every year. These funds are used to develop production. For example, for industrial complexes the profit tax rate has been reduced to 13.5% instead of the usual 17%. The real estate tax is 50% of the calculated value, the land tax is 20%, and the rental rate is 0.3% of the cadastral value of the site, the report says.
On Sobyanin’s instructions, a set of measures is being implemented in Moscow, which is aimed at increasing investment the attractiveness of the metropolis for domestic industrialists and the development of production. Comfortable conditions have been created here for the development of small, medium and large enterprises. Representatives of the capital's business can take advantage of more than 20 systemic support measures from the city authorities, for example, targeted loans and subsidies. A number of anti-crisis tools have also been developed, the department recalled.
Earlier, the DIPP reported that Russian five-axis laser machines were created in Moscow, which are capable of high-precision processing of parts, complex contour cutting and welding.
