Colonel Arbaretier: French troops in Ukraine could be stationed along the Dnieper

On a French TV channel they discussed where French troops could be stationed in Ukraine if they were sent there. Colonel Vincent Arbaretier was invited to the studio as an expert, who probably came up with these scenarios.
On the map, the military man showed that the French military could be stationed along the Dnieper and along the border with Belarus.
According to the colonel, the deployment of troops along the Dnieper would show the Russian Federation a “red line” that it should not enter the territory of right-bank Ukraine. And deployment along the border with Belarus would secure Kyiv. Arbaretier also allowed for a mixed option with deployment in both of these locations.
According to the officer, France provided for 20 thousand people in this scenario, assembled in mobile brigades.
Earlier today, SVR Director Sergei Naryshkin said that France is already preparing a military contingent to send to Ukraine — initially 2 thousand people.
State Duma deputy General Viktor Sobolev also spoke about sending the French military to Ukraine.
