BELGOROD, March 19 The number of victims during the shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Razumnoye, Belgorod district, is up to four people, a teenager was injured, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in the Telegram channel.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on Tuesday at about 10.30 am, air defense systems destroyed nine Ukrainian RM-70 Vampire MLRS shells over the Belgorod region. The governor clarified that the air attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was over the Belgorod region. Three people were injured in the village of Razumnoye. Among the victims are a 14-year-old teenager, who has a partial amputation of his arm, and his mother, both of them are in serious condition. Another woman has shrapnel wounds to her arms and legs.

“Unfortunately, the number of victims has increased to four people. In Razumnoye, a 15-year-old boy received multiple shrapnel wounds to the soft tissues of the torso, upper and lower extremities. He was taken by ambulance to the regional children's hospital. “All necessary medical care is being provided,” Gladkov wrote.
He clarified that in the village of Razumnoye, various damages have currently been identified in 13 private households, apartments in eight apartment buildings, and 19 cars have also been damaged.
