VORONEZH, March 19A Kaluga court sentenced a man to life in a special regime colony for the rape and murder of a 21-year-old girl, the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kaluga region reported.
“»The court came to the conclusion that G.’s guilt is fully confirmed by the totality of the evidence presented, and found him guilty of the crimes provided for in Part 1 of Article 131, paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Article 132, paragraph “k” of Part 2 of Article 105 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The convict was sentenced to life imprisonment, to be served in a special regime correctional colony,» the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kaluga region reported on the Telegram channel.
The Kaluga court found that in August 2023, the convict, while intoxicated, raped and «other acts of a sexual nature» against a 21-year-old colleagues, which, according to the prosecutor’s office, resulted in “causing grave harm to her health.”
““To hide the crimes he had committed, he strangled the girl, threw her body through the window onto the street and moved her to the bunker of the technological installation,” the prosecutor’s office of the Kaluga region reported.
The man was previously convicted of murder, he was released from prison in 2022.
