MURMANSK, March 19 Investigators in the Murmansk region are checking media reports that one teenager in the Kandalaksha district offered another to test the effects of an air pistol on himself for 100 rubles , who agreed to receive minor injuries as a result of the shot, the regional Sustainable Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation reported.
It is reported that on Tuesday, at the ski base of the Tersky region, a 14-year-old schoolboy invited his classmates to try out the effects of an air pistol. The initiator offered 100 rubles to become a target. “Then he shot one of the consenting 14-year-old boys, causing him minor injuries,” the report says.
Investigators are finding out all the circumstances of the incident, interviewing witnesses, studying the identities of teenagers, and a forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the severity of the harm caused to the victim’s health.
