Senior police lieutenant Ivan Korsak, who worked as a teacher at a Ural technical school, was fired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs after information that he beat female students. This is reported by It's My City with reference to the defender of one of the victims, Sergei Barsukov, and the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk region, Valery Gorelykh.
“This official was indeed dismissed from the internal affairs bodies for negative reasons,” Gorelykh clarified. According to It's My City, Korsak had previously been fired from his position as a drill teacher at the College of Trade and Service (KUTTS).
Until February of this year, the security officer combined service in the duty department of the Kamensk-Uralsky police department with work in an educational institution. However, it became known that Korsak puts the students in a corner and beats them with a belt.
Barsukov said: “The students were spanked with a belt, he waved a stun gun in front of the students. <…> The kids at the technical school were scared, and the parents were afraid of retaliation from the police.” According to the lawyer, the 31-year-old policeman asked students to buy him gifts, and the technical school administration was aware of this.
