MOSCOW, March 21 Most of the spoiled ballots were there, where there is a large concentration of relocants, a large percentage of invalid ballots were in Poland, said the head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova.
“»We saw a large percentage of invalid ballots, for example, in Poland, where the number of invalid ballots reached a third of the total. …We analyzed the situation like this: where there was the highest concentration of relocants, there were the fewest votes for Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin), and most of all there were spoiled ballots,” she said at a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
«That is, we now see this picture perfectly — what are your strengths, what are you like,» she added.
Presidential elections in Russia took place from March 15 to 17. After processing 100% of the protocols, the current President Vladimir Putin received 87.28% of the votes.
