““It was constant intimidation, blackmail, many attempts to blow up the system from the inside, to discredit it. This went on continuously for three months and grew,” Pamfilova said during a meeting of the Central Election Commission.
The head of the commission noted that she herself, her colleagues from the Central Election Commission and the regions were subject to similar pressure to varying degrees. In her opinion, the introduction of sanctions against representatives of the electoral system can also be considered interference in Russian elections.
“I don’t know who has not yet imposed sanctions against me, for example, probably only the penguins in Antarctica. All the sanctions that are conceivable. Naturally, on the “Peacemaker” website — well, everything,” — Pamfilova added.
Presidential elections in Russia took place from March 15 to 17. After processing 100% of the protocols, the current President Vladimir Putin received 87.28% of the votes.
