NOVOSIBIRSK, March 21 The prosecutor's office is appealing the decision of the Central District Court of Novosibirsk on administrative arrest of actor Nikita Kologrivoy, as she considers him soft, said a representative of the prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region.
The Central District Court of Novosibirsk on Thursday sentenced Kologrivoy to seven days of administrative arrest for organizing a night brawl in a local bar. He was charged with petty hooliganism.
«»The decision on the administrative arrest of Nikita Kologrivoy will be appealed due to the lenity of the imposed punishment,» the representative said prosecutor's office.
In court, a representative of the prosecutor's office asked to assign the actor from the series «The Boy's Word» 15 days of arrest, and the lawyer asked to limit himself to a fine or arrest for one day.
