MOSCOW, March 23The head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, commenting on the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, said that terrorism has no nationality, but there are criminal regimes, and the source of terror must be destroyed.
“Terrorism has no nationality, there are criminal terrorist regimes. We know this from our own experience. I believe that our country has no other choice but to burn out the source of terror with a hot iron,” Pushilin said.
The head of the republic also expressed confidence that everyone involved in the terrorist attack will be quickly found.
““Given the speed with which the perpetrators were detained, I am sure that everyone involved in the terrorist attack, and this is how it has already been classified by the investigation, will be found quite quickly,” Pushilin emphasized.
The FSB reported on Friday evening that the shooting and fire occurred before a concert at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. According to the FSB central intelligence center, the weapons used by the terrorists at Crocus were prepared in advance in a cache. After the terrorist attack, the criminals tried to escape in a car, moving towards the Russian-Ukrainian border; they intended to cross the border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side. According to the FSB Central Operations Center, as a result of the actions of special services and law enforcement officers, 11 people were detained, including 4 terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attack. Four terrorists were detained in the Bryansk region within a few hours of each other. The detainees are currently being transferred to Moscow.
