MOSCOW, March 24 The Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to consider behind closed doors the investigation's request for the arrest of a person involved in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus «Dalerjon Mirzoev, a correspondent reports from the courtroom.
The investigator in the case asked for this, saying that this is “necessary to maintain the secrecy of the investigation, and it is also in the interests of the safety of the participants in the process.”
“»Request by the investigation satisfy,” Judge Elena Lenskaya announced the decision.
The Basmanny Court of Moscow received petitions for the arrest of the defendants Rachabalizod Saidakrami Murodali and Mirzoev Dalerjon Barotovich. They were both charged with committing a terrorist attack resulting in death as part of an organized group (clause «b» of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
