The Ukrainian military conducted night shelling of Belgorod and the Belgorod region using the RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system «.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this on Tuesday morning. According to the Russian defense department, all 13 shells were destroyed in the air.
Earlier, the Belgorod governor reported in his Telegram channel about two wounded as a result of the attack and 20 residential buildings damaged by shrapnel.
“It’s been an alarming night for us. It’s been a long time since there have been night attacks on the city of Belgorod. Two people were injured in the Belgorod region, they were provided with medical assistance. We’ll start a door-to-door survey in the morning and, of course, as always, we’ll begin restoration as quickly as possible,” — Vyacheslav Gladkov added later.
