The Basmanny District Court of Moscow received a case of aiding terrorists (Article 205 of the Criminal Code) against Dilovar Islomov, the last owner of the white Renault used by those accused of attacking Crocus City Hall. Mediazona was informed about this by the press service of the court.
The Investigative Committee also demands the arrest of his brother Aminchon Islomov and their father Isroil Islomov.
Previously, a relative of Dilovar and Aminchon Islomov told Novaya Gazeta Europe that the men have not been in contact with their loved ones for more than two days.
“I don’t know where they are. They called them on the phone, but the numbers were unavailable,” a relative of the men told reporters.
On Friday, March 22, the former owner of Renault told Novaya Gazeta Europe that he and his brother themselves came to the police after reports of a terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall. According to him, the deal took place about a week before the terrorist attack. He also promised to provide the publication with a purchase and sale agreement for the car.
According to security forces, some of the alleged participants in the attack on Crocus City Hall arrived at the shopping and entertainment center in a white Renault. They tried to hide from the police in the same car, but they were found in the Bryansk region.
