The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk region sent journalists a video of an apology from a schoolgirl who, using a fake account, invited a stranger to participate in an attack on the metro. The video was posted by the publication NGS.ru and the public page AST-54.
AST-54 posted a screenshot of the message, the authorship of which is attributed to the girl. “I know, you are from Novosibirsk, are you 16? If so, I suggest that on April 6, we begin a plan to shoot the Kalinin and Zaltsovo metro,” the message says. It was written on the night of March 25, at about 11 p.m., to a user named Rasul.
“I really regret that I did this because it was very wrong. Most likely, I just reviewed everything in the telegram channel. This is very bad,” the schoolgirl apologizes in a video distributed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The man behind the scenes asks the child: “Did you think it was funny and sent it to your friend?”
Police representatives noted that FSB officers were also looking for the child.
After the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, security forces reported detaining people who joked, spoke harshly about the terrorist attack, or made pranks about possible new attacks.
This also affected schoolchildren. In Tyva, police detained a 9-year-old girl who wrote to her sister’s friend, “Hello, will you kill people for 500,000 rubles?”
The Nizhny Novgorod mayor’s office deprived a schoolgirl of a personal award who wrote a circle in a telegram with the words: “Since some kind of terrorist attack took place there, it doesn’t [fuck me] at all, which means I’m not going to Moscow tomorrow and drinking till Monday. Thank you very much to the terrorists.» In the Nizhny Novgorod news program “By the way,” the news about the girl was given under the headline “The girl who was honored at the mayor’s office for her achievements in culture turned out to be a drinker, a cynical ******.”
