The accused in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall Aminchon Islomov was the first to appeal his arrest. This was reported by the RIA Novosti agency with reference to the court.
Earlier at the court hearing to select a preventive measure, Islomov said that he did not consider himself guilty of the crime.
Recall that during the investigation of the terrorist attack investigators found that one of those arrested in the case of an attack on a concert hall involved Aminchon Islomov in the organized group. Also, the Investigative Committee noted, Dilovar Islomov was involved.
According to sources, they sold the terrorists a white Renault car, in which the militants tried to escape after shooting people in the concert hall.
Recall that terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall occurred on March 22. The attack killed 143 people.
