The press service of the St. Petersburg courts reported the expulsion of a citizen of Tajikistan, who was in a chat where participants in the terrorist attack in Crocus were “recruited.”

The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg decided to expel Tajik citizen Akhmad Faizulokhonzoda in a case of violation of migration legislation. This was reported by the head of the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, Daria Lebedeva.

The man was also fined under this administrative article for 5 thousand rubles (Part 3 of Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code). The pretext was that Faizulokhonzoda did not live in the place he indicated when registering.

Lebedeva added that, according to the security forces, the man was in a telegram chat where “emissaries of the terrorist organization ISIS” were participants in the attack on Crocus City Hall were “recruited.”

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported today on the detention of 30 people and searches in the St. Petersburg center, where the level of Russian language proficiency and history of foreigners is tested.
