
MOSCOW, March 27 Security Service of Ukraine ( The SBU reported on Wednesday on its Telegram channel that it had brought charges in absentia against three Russian officials, including Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Alexander Poshivay.
«The security service has collected evidence on three more Russian officials… We are talking about the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Alexander Poshivay, the head of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport of Russia Zakharia Dzhioev, the head of the federal institution «Administration of Sea Ports of the Sea of Azov» Sergei Safonichev,» — says the SBU message.
It is alleged that the accused used the sea trade port in Berdyansk for the Russian Ministry of Defense. They were charged under the article “Complicity in waging war, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.”
Previously, the SBU repeatedly brought charges in absentia against representatives of the Russian Federation, but this did not lead to any consequences.
