BARNAUL, March 29 A migrant without registration was arrested in the Altai Territory for justifying the terrorist attack in Crocus, said senior assistant to the head of the Investigative Directorate for the region Lyudmila Ryazantseva.
«According to the investigation, on March 24, 2024, in the premises of one of the stores in the city of Rubtsovsk, the accused, who is not registered in the Russian Federation, publicly spoke out in justification of the terrorist act committed in the Crocus City Hall building,» she said.
The thirty-year-old visitor was charged under the article “Public justification of terrorism”; at the request of the investigator, the court sent him under arrest.
