The Basmanny District Court of Moscow today arrested 24-year-old Lutfulloi until May 22. He was charged under the same article as the other defendants in the case (clause “b” of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code). But what, according to investigators, the man’s role was is unknown. The judge closed the hearing as soon as the arrest was made, and all the listeners were taken out.
Presumably, Lutfulloi was detained the day after the terrorist attack, on the evening of March 23. The police indicated this exact date in the report and wrote that the man refused to show documents. As a result, the court sentenced him to 15 days of arrest under the administrative article of petty hooliganism (20.1 of the Administrative Code).
