The Armenian Ministry of Defense announced the arrival of US military instructors
US military instructors arrived in Armenia within the framework of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic informed.
A group of mobile instructors arrived today, until April 5 they will conduct exercises to exchange experience with specialists from the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, as well as the state institution “Zinuzh Media”.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that Armenia considers the United States and the EU its main allies , emphasizing that he does not consider this a “fundamental turn” in the republic’s policy.
In early March, Mirzoyan, together with the US State Department’s senior adviser for negotiations in the Caucasus, Louis Bono, reportedly discussed the current situation in the South Caucasus.
