MOSCOW, March 31 An explosion occurred in Kharkov, Telegram reports -Ukrinform agency channel.
Earlier on Sunday, the media twice reported similar incidents in this city. Details about possible destruction were not provided.
“An explosion was heard in Kharkov,” the publication says.
The alarm signal in the region has been sounding since 21:50.
The Russian army regularly strikes the defense industry, military command, communications and energy facilities of Ukraine from October 10, 2022.
