MOSCOW, April 3 Children's hospitals in 15 regions of Russia will receive innovative medical equipment this year as part of VTB's charity program «A World Without Tears», the bank's press service reports.
«Transferring equipment to medical centers is the main goal of the program, but it is equally important to support young patients, brighten up their stay in hospitals, lift their spirits and speed up recovery, so this year they will visit the children with a performance about financial literacy characters from the program “Good night, kids!” said VTB Senior Vice President Natalya Kochneva, whose words are quoted in the message.
The first performance has already been held at the Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 9 named after G. N. Speransky.
The «World Without Tears» program turns 21 this year. Over the past years, 207 medical centers in 79 regions of Russia have received assistance. In 2024, innovative equipment will be transferred to 18 partner hospitals in 15 regions of Russia, added by the press service.
