MAKHACHKALA, April 3 Two citizens of Tajikistan detained in Dagestan for terrorism were arrested by a court in Makhachkala until June 1, said the head of the press service of the Supreme Court of the republic Zarema Mamaeva.
“»The Sovetsky District Court of the city of Makhachkala received petitions from the investigative authorities to select a preventive measure in the form of detention for two men born in 2000 and 2003, suspected of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 205.5 and Part 4 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation… The court, by decisions of April 3, 2024, chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention for a period of 1 month 28 days, until June 1, 2024 inclusive,” the message says.
