The magistrate of court district No. 1 of the Pervomaisky district of Novosibirsk fined Ekaterina Boldyreva 4 thousand rubles because of green paint at the polling station. This was reported by the regional press service of the courts.

According to the court, on the first day of voting on March 15, the girl poured green paint on the table with the documents of the precinct commission at school No. 140 on Fizkulturnaya Street.

As a result, eleven ballots and two books with voter lists were damaged. A protocol was drawn up against Boldyreva for interfering in the work of the election commission (Article 5.69 of the Administrative Code).

In court, as court representatives write, the Siberian woman admitted guilt and explained her action with a call from an unfamiliar man. He asked to spoil the ballots and “did not promise her anything in return.”
