MOSCOW, April 4 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that new youth centers will become points of attraction and will allow for a qualitative increase in opportunities for self-realization of young people.

Putin clarified that we are talking about the future of Russia: schoolchildren and students from both small villages and megacities should have equal opportunities to become professionals. According to the president, young people of Russia should strive to become the first in their field and useful to their country.
