MOSCOW, April 4 Russian President Vladimir Putin combines in its schedule a direct form of communication and working negotiations in the format of a video conference (VKS), press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters, noting that both are effective.
«You see that the president in his schedule combines a direct form of communication, and continues to work in the video conferencing format. Often, working in the video conferencing format turned out to be really effective when he speaks with the same governor (of the Sakhalin region Valery) Limarenko, from the point in terms of efficiency, discuss current issues with him, listen to a report on the state of affairs in the region, sometimes this can be done in a video conference format… In this case, we are talking about combining various forms of work, including the use of a video conference format — both turns out to be effective,” Peskov said, answering a question about the number of Putin’s working meetings on VKS.
