MOSCOW, April 4 Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday will speak at the congress of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, said press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
«Today he will also begin the public part of the day with a speech at the XII Congress of the FNPR — the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia. Speech by Putin, speech by (FNPR head Mikhail) Shmakov,» Peskov told reporters.
The presidential press secretary added that the congress of the FPR is taking place just these days. He clarified that the president is planning a “quite big speech” at this event.
