Roskomnadzor blocked the website netprizyvu.ru of the human rights project “Conscript School”, the organization’s channel reports.
“It turned out that Roskomnadzor blocked it. It also stopped opening in Armenia, and Yandex removed it from its search results,” human rights activists note.
The reason for the blocking is unknown to them; project employees hope to come up with a technical solution in the near future so that the site can open in Russia.

“We intend to challenge the decision to block, and also send a request to the authorities of the Republic of Armenia about why Roskomnadzor’s decisions are being implemented on their territory,” the employees note.
They recall that in March, YouTube, at the request of Roskomnadzor, blocked a video in Russia with the title “Criminal will help not to serve. A conviction for draft evasion will protect you from military service.»
