MOSCOW, April 4 Russia was put in such conditions when it is forced to defend its interests by armed means, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the congress of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia.
“Everyone understands the conditions in which we live. The country is forced to defend its interests by armed means, its people, its future, your sovereignty. There is not a single superfluous word here,» Putin said.
