Previously, the minister gave an order to promptly strengthen the group of rescuers and quickly move forces and equipment to the most difficult areas, as well as provide comprehensive assistance to the population.

On Friday, in Orsk in the Orenburg region, a dam that protected the city from the Ural River broke. As Mayor Vasily Kozupitsa clarified, it was damaged in two places.
