MOSCOW, April 5 Sergei Gorkov remains to work in «Rosgeologiya», but no longer in the post of general director, but the acting head will now be the deputy general director of the company, Sergey Radkov, said the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation Alexander Kozlov.

Acting director, in agreement with Sergei Nikolaevich, we discussed this more than one evening, decided to support Sergei Alexandrovich Radkov. Since 2021, he has been in charge of an important area — solid minerals. All documents have been prepared , are under discussion,” he said during an extended meeting of the board of Rosgeologiya.
Gorkov’s contract expired on April 1, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko confirmed on Wednesday. However, she noted that corporate procedures have not yet been launched — the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Federal Property Management Agency are working on this.
Rosgeologiya is a multidisciplinary geological holding company that provides a full range of services related to geological exploration: from regional studies to parametric drilling and monitoring the condition of the subsoil. The holding's enterprises have discovered more than a thousand deposits, including the largest deposits of hydrocarbons and solid minerals. 100% of the shares of Rosgeologiya are owned by the state.
