MOSCOW, April 7 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko the title of Hero of Labor, the corresponding decree is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
Valentina Matvienko celebrates her 75th birthday on Sunday.
«For special labor services to the state and people, award the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,” the document says.
