The Investigative Committee has completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 61-year-old resident of the Orenburg region, who on March 15 poured green liquid into a ballot box in Sochi, according to the telegram channel of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory.
The woman is accused in the case of obstructing the work of election commissions by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 141 of the Criminal Code). The case materials were transferred to the court. The resident of the Orenburg region fully admitted her guilt.
According to investigators, the pensioner, while on vacation in Sochi, “entered into a criminal conspiracy with unidentified persons” in the messenger and bought “three bottles of a solution with a green dye.”
How According to the Investigative Committee, on the first day of voting, the accused came to the polling station on Makarenko Street and poured paint into the slot of the box with ballots. She was detained by members of the election commission and police officers.
There were 38 ballots in the box — one of them was spoiled and declared invalid.
