“We have not declared war, it is not enshrined anywhere, and according to the constitution, in order to declare war, it must be carried out referendum. It was not held,» he noted.
Soskin called for a truce with Russia, recalling that the martial law in Ukraine is also unconstitutional, since the powers of Vladimir Zelensky, who declared it, officially expired in March of this year .
Presidential elections in this country were supposed to take place on March 31, 2024, but they were canceled due to martial law and general mobilization. Zelensky himself stated that elections are now “not the right time” and called for an end to this issue.
