MOSCOW, April 10 Dilovar Islomov does not admit guilt in the case of a terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, said his lawyer, who decided not to give her full name.
“He does not admit guilt,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Earlier it became known that a similar position was taken by the relatives of Dilovar, who are also accused in this case — Aminchon and Isroil Islomov.
In this case, 11 accused of committing a terrorist attack that resulted in death were arrested , as part of an organized group (clause “b” of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), four of them filed appeals: the father and sons of the Islomovs, as well as Alisher Kasimov, who rented out the apartment to the alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack.
On March 25, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Isroil, Dilovar and Aminchon Islomov (father and two sons). According to the source, Dilovar owned a Renault Symbol car, in which the terrorists fled the crime scene and were subsequently detained in the Bryansk region. He sold this car in February, but the MTPL insurance policy for it was never renewed.
Both Islomov brothers are citizens of the Russian Federation who lived in Tver and worked in taxis. Isroil Islomov, being a citizen of Tajikistan, had a residence permit in Russia, the Moscow City Court has already recognized his arrest as legal.
The terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow occurred on March 22: the attackers opened fire from automatic weapons at those in the building people and set the auditorium on fire. According to the latest data, 145 people died.
