Dilovar Islomov, accused in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus, will not participate in the consideration of the appeal against his arrest, the press service of the Moscow City Court told Mediazona.
“We inform you that one of the defendants in the terrorist attack case, D.I. Islomov, refused to take part in the appeal hearing in his case,” the Moscow City Court, which is to consider the complaint against the arrest, reported.
Dilovar Islomov is the last owner of the white Renault, which was used by the probable participants in the attack on Crocus City Hall. He is accused of a terrorist attack (clause “b” of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code). In addition to Dilovar Islomov, the court arrested his father and brother.
All Islomovs appealed the arrest. The court has already considered and rejected the complaint of Isroil Islomov, the father of two brothers. The hearing in the case of the second brother, Aminchon Islomov, is scheduled for April 15. Before his arrest, Aminochi managed to tell the journalists who came to the meeting: “I am innocent.”
On March 22, several terrorists broke into Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region, began shooting visitors with machine guns, and then set the building on fire. According to the latest data, 144 people were killed and 551 people were injured, including 15 children.
