MOSCOW, April 9 Head of Gagauzia Evgenia Gutsul said that at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin she asked for preferential duties for autonomous agricultural producers and a discount on gas.
She recalled that she met with Putin in March, where she asked to help Gagauzia.
“I talked about the pressure is coming from the central authorities to the Gagauz autonomy… There were several requests from the Russian Federation to provide preferential duties for agricultural producers, as well as discounts on gas, good prices for gas,” Gutsul told reporters at Promsvyazbank.
