UFA, April 11 In Orsk, water leaves the villages of Maly Kumak and Lesotorgovy, residents remain cut off from the city Urpia, it can only be reached by boats, said the mayor of the city Vasily Kozupitsa in his Telegram channel.
«Gradually, the water is receding from the villages of Maly Kumak and Lesotorgovy. Residents of Urpia remain cut off from the city; there is water and electricity in the village, but so far it can only be reached by boat — we regularly bring humanitarian aid there,» the mayor wrote.
